Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Expected duration: 12 months

Fully onsite (Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Must have Requirements:
• Has great interest in Home Appliance field and has the ability to assessable, disassemble parts as part of R&R.
• Must be able to drive – will occasionally drive (locally) between training facility, warehouse, and office.
• Great communicator; eager to learn and tenacious – able to communicate ideas and resolutions effectively. We’re looking for a go-getter that is proactive!
• Root cause analysis

Years of experience: 0-2 years of experience in an analytics focused role

Specific responsibilities include:
• Weekly and monthly analysis for product quality sensing. Analysis by product, model, and symptoms.
• Monitor new model quality performance with comparing benchmark model trends
• Coordination of weekly, monthly report and presentation to all related teams
• Conduct new product evaluation processes and testing efforts for continuous improvement in product and service quality.
• Analyze, evaluate and test various Home Appliance Product Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and Factories.

Background & Competencies Required:

Knowledge/expertise/experience
• Understanding manufacturing, engineering and design.
• Experience with in home appliance service, analysis, root cause determination and troubleshooting (not an absolute must-have)

Skills:
• The ability to understand significant knowledge of home appliance products as well as the service aspects of the consumer product industry
• The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiples levels within the company and with external contacts including customers, authorized service agents, sales & equipment service representatives, etc.
• Work under little supervision and guidance to identify and ensure achievement of team goals and to complete individual work assignments within established time frames.
• The demonstrated ability to solve problems involving highly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned things.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Math or business-related field.
This position will primarily focus on: Service quality related Analysis –
• Product quality data analysis with ASR trends of projects/models
• Monitor quality case issues by daily tracking tickets
• Theme card management of pending and in progress quality issues until
solutions are found through communication with HQ
• Part/Unit Retrieval
